Notice Before Booking

An Image of your hairline and frontal must be sent prior to booking. This is to avoid refusal after deposit is payed.

Hair MUST be provided 5 days prior appointment.

Head Measurements (Circumference) Must be provided when booking.

If you are unsure on how to take this measurement this can be taken at the drop off.

Skin Complexion must be Must be provided when booking.

Availability

Slots for the new month will be released on the 25th at 7pm of every Month. There is no waiting List or reserving slots.

If no times appear then I am FULLY Booked. ( Cancellations and open Slots will be posted on Instagram)

Cancellation & Lateness

You can reschedule your appointment up to two weeks after your original appointment.

You can not reschedule your appointment to the Next month.

If you are more than 15minutes Late, you will be charged with a £10.00 Late Fee, if you are 25 minutes Late unfortunately your appointment will be cancelled.

Lateness is RUDENESS.

Deposit

A £10.00 Non - refundable deposit must be payed to secure your booking.

To reiterate the deposit is NON REFUNDABLE.

The Drop off

When dropping your hair please put your name, appointment date and head measurements in the bag.

Please Email and await a confirmation response Before dropping the hair.

Please Notify me if you are posting the hair, make sure it is not signed for as I will not be responsible for any issues that arise concerning your hair.

I MAY NOT ALWAYS BE HOME TO COLLECT THE HAIR FROM YOU, PLEASE REMEMBER MANNERS AND RESPECT WITH WHOM EVER DOES COLLECT IT.

Notice Before Appointment

No Extra Company, if you bring extra company you will be politely turned away.

Please come with your hair Clean and Dry ready to braid, or Flat, neat and a Straight back braid down.

Remaining Balance MUST be payed in Cash.

Frontal

Low Density Frontal max 150%

Thin Lace will achieve the Perfect MELT, do not expect a Perfect melt with a thick and grey Lace.

Frontal must be pre plucked.

I will NOT accept DENSE, THICK OR GREY lace, or lace with big knots.

I will NOT work with stained lace from dye.

Fair to Lightskinned - Transparent Lace

Light Brown or Brown Skinned - Transparent Lace

Dark skinned - Medium Brown Lace

I highly recommend transparent Lace for all complexions, as it can be tinted to suit all.

Other Policies

I am not Mobile.

I do not provide solely customisation or styling services.

I do not work with other stylists Units or Units where the lace is already cut unless it was constructed by LxLounge.

The Frontal & Closure must be longer than the bundles for a bob, blunt cut Look.

I do not make Glue-less Frontals.

Hair must be provided by Clients for all services.

Emergency Booking £25.00 for the Unit to be made within a scope of two days.
